The concept
The Lighthauz is a single 57-storey waterfront tower, a modern take on the traditional lighthouse and a guiding beacon on the Gelugor skyline. Its coastal-and-stargazing theme runs from a Level 9 podium deck of gyms, gardens and a grill bar up to the Astral Lagoon sky pool and Stargaze Soak jacuzzi on Level 56. Homes are two- and three-bedroom layouts of 732 to 1,001 sq ft.
