The concept
MABA Suitez redevelops the former Wisma MABA on Jalan Hang Jebat, the Malaysian Basketball Association's headquarters site, into a 60-storey twin-tower address directly opposite the Merdeka 118 precinct. A joint venture between EXSIM and MABA, it brings compact serviced apartments and office suites within walking distance of MRT Merdeka and LRT Plaza Rakyat, together with a new 3,000 sq ft MABA headquarters and a half basketball court.
