The Queenswoodz pairs 'Queens', for grace and quiet authority, with 'Woodz', for strength and closeness to nature, in EXSIM's 'feminine sensuality to a masculine legacy' design: flowing curves against strong vertical lines, in stone, wood and metal warmed by natural light. Two towers on Jalan Jalil Perkasa 1 rise from a landscaped Level 8 podium of pools, gardens and a biopond beside the 1.47-acre Novel Park, with Sky BBQ and Moonlight Sip lounges at the top and LRT Awan Besar about 900 m away.
