The concept
The Aldenz brings a colonial theme to Central Park Damansara: façades take their cue from colonial-era retail architecture, set in lush landscaping with a Fountain Court and Lushscape Plaza at ground level. The podium adds the Aldenz Oasis pool and themed leisure rooms such as the Game Coliseum, Karaoke Vault and Fitness Loft, while the rooftop gathers herb, grill and yoga alcoves around a dedicated pet park.
